CERTIFICATES OF ACHIEVEMENT

Looking for a fun way to reward and motivate children in the classroom or on the playing field? Our Certificates of Achievementserve as incentives to work hard, and give children a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. We offer five different awards, each with a tearoff portion redeemable for a free food item at Burger King!

Due to the popularity of our Certificates, we ask that you limit your requests to only the amount you foresee using in a 3-month time span (or a 1-quarter marking period).  Your are welcome to order more when your supply runs low.

To order your Certificates:

1. Click on the "Continue to Order Form Box," at the bottom of this page and complete the requested shipping information. 
2. Check the box next to the certificates you are interested in and enter the number you are requesting of each one.
3. Click on the "Submit" button.  Your order will be shipped to you within 5-10 business days.
