Benefit Nights / Fundraisers
Need to raise money for your school, church group, team or other non-profit organization?
A Benefit Night at Burger King is the answer. We encourage you to make Burger King
your home for the evening, by bringing people together to relax, eat and socialize
while supporting a good cause.
How does a Benefit Night work?
Choose a day to hold your event, any Monday through Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm
at a Heartland-owned Burger King. For Canada Monday or Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.
A Heartland Food Corp. representative will provide you with a flyer to
copy and distribute, and will work closely with you to help
make your Benefit Night a success. During your Benefit Night customers present the
flyer, and 20% of the sales generated by (designated meals) your group
will be donated to the organization.
What do I need to do?
Spreading the word will be your main focus. Then on the night of your event, we
ask that you have a few representatives from your group on hand to help out in the
dining room. They can greet your guests, deliver trays to their tables, and get
drink refills.
What's the timeframe from start to finish?
Please give us at least 3 weeks' notice when requesting a date. This will give you
ample time to promote your event, and us the time required to properly plan for
you. Following your event you can expect to receive our donation check within about
3 weeks.
Anything else I need to know?
We are only able to offer Benefit Nights to groups with a Federal Tax ID # (or FEIN).
Please be aware that there is a select menu of Value Meals, along with all Kids
and Big Kids Meals that qualify for a Benefit Night donation. This important information
will be listed on the flyer so that anyone who attends will be informed ahead of
time.
Flyers will be accepted in the Drive-Thru, as long as the Benefit Night is mentioned
before the order is placed.
