General Manager:
Job description -
Is responsible for development of all management and employee Team
Members mentioned above
Coordinates all teams to achieve the goals of the restaurant (goals set by
both the DM and the Company)
Is accountable for all that goes on in the restaurant and thus must be strong
on delegation and follow-up.
Repairs and maintenances upkeep
Requirements -
1. Must have a minimum of 3 months as an Assistant Manager
2. Pass interview by DM & RDO, or
3. Those hired in as GMs need 6 wks. in CRT store & DM and OPS Trainer must
certify Mgr. Also, GMs must pass interview with
RDO.
